CEB +3 / UG Internship & Skill Development Programme. Orientation, supervised skill training, practical/field work, project work and final assessment. HTML, CSS and basic website development. Certificate issue is subject to completion of the configured programme requirements. This is a CEB-issued training/internship certificate unless separately approved by the competent institution.
Detailed Course Modules & Syllabus
Module 1: Introduction to Web Technologies & HTML5
Overview of how the internet, web servers, and browsers work.
HTML5 fundamentals: Document structure, headings, paragraphs, lists, and links.
Working with multimedia in HTML: Images, audio, video embedding, and semantic tags.
Module 2: Styling with CSS3 & Responsive Design
Introduction to CSS3: Selectors, colors, fonts, and the box model.
Layout design using Flexbox and basic CSS Grid.
Responsive web design: Media queries, mobile-first approach, and flexible layouts across devices.
Module 3: Basic Interactivity & Web Hosting Basics
Introduction to JavaScript basics (DOM manipulation and simple event handling).
Using developer tools for debugging, inspecting elements, and testing responsiveness.
Basics of website deployment, domain names, hosting, and file uploading via FTP/cPanel.
Module 4: Practical Internship Project & Final Assessment
Hands-on project: Designing and developing a fully functional, multi-page responsive website (e.g., portfolio or business landing page).
Code review, validation, and performance optimization checks.
Final project presentation and evaluation.
